Prior to processing your first withdrawal, sor77 will require you to complete a KYC verification process. This typically involves submitting a clear copy of a government-issued photo ID (such as a Kartu Tanda Penduduk / KTP or valid passport) and proof of your registered payment method (such as a bank statement from BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, or another supported Indonesian bank). sor77 may request additional documentation at any stage where there is a reasonable basis to do so.
You may request closure of your sor77 account at any time by contacting customer support. Any Real Money Balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to you via your last verified withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus Funds and wagering-requirement balances are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your sor77 account. You must:
sor77 will never contact you by email, live chat, or any other channel to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from sor77 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
sor77 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where the Player has failed to maintain reasonable security over their login credentials, unless sor77's own negligence or system failure is the direct and proximate cause of the breach.
sor77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are denominated in IDR. sor77 does not accept deposits from credit cards or from payment methods registered in the name of a third party.
Minimum deposit amounts and maximum withdrawal limits vary by payment method and account verification status. Current limits are displayed within the Cashier section of the Platform. sor77 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time with reasonable notice to affected Players.
Withdrawal requests submitted by verified accounts are targeted for approval within fifteen (15) minutes of submission during standard processing hours (WIB, UTC+7). Complex cases requiring additional review may take up to twenty-four (24) hours. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has previously been used for a deposit on the same account, or to an alternative method approved following additional verification.
sor77 maintains Player funds in accounts that are segregated from the Company's operational funds. This means that your Real Money Balance is protected in the event of sor77's insolvency. Bonus Funds do not form part of your Real Money Balance and are not subject to this protection.
sor77 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of criminal activity. Deposits must only be made from payment methods registered in your own name. sor77 may, at its absolute discretion, request documentation to verify the source of funds deposited into an account. Where a withdrawal is flagged for AML review, sor77 may delay processing pending completion of that review without incurring liability to the Player.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions, and loyalty rewards offered by sor77 are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page, in addition to these general Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.
Unless stated otherwise on the promotion page, Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the Wagering Requirement) before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering Requirements must be met using Real Money Balance and/or Bonus Funds placed on eligible games or markets. Bets placed on certain game categories (typically low-risk bets such as baccarat banker bets or certain roulette systems) may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all towards Wagering Requirements.
sor77 actively monitors accounts for patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, exploiting promotional structures in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play, coordinated betting with other accounts to guarantee outcomes, and using automated software to place bets. Where bonus abuse is identified, sor77 reserves the right to void all associated bonuses and winnings and to close the account.
Bonus Funds and any Wagering Requirement progress that are not completed within the validity period specified for each promotion will expire automatically. Expired Bonus Funds are removed from the account without compensation.
All sports bets are settled in accordance with the sor77 Sports Betting Rules, which are published in the Sportsbook section of the Platform. In the event of a sporting event being postponed, abandoned, or voided, affected bets will be settled as Void Bets and the original stake returned to the Player's account. sor77 reserves the right to suspend betting markets at any time where there is a suspicion of irregular betting patterns or where reliable price formation is not possible.
Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require all legs to be settled as winners for the bet to return a profit. A single void leg within a mix parlay will reduce the accumulator by that leg; it will not void the entire bet unless that leg is the only selection.

All live table results are final once the dealer announces the outcome.
